Shipping & Returns
Products are all manufactured in Canada or the US. Shipping prices and times vary depending on your location and an estimate will be given upon checkout. All standard shipping within Canada and the United States is $10. Please note that delays due to weather and other uncontrollable circumstances (strikes, customs, etc.) are possible and often unpredictable. Here at Ginkgo & Granola we will do our best to monitor and notify if made aware of these circumstances as they come up.
As these products are printed custom to each and every order to be sure our customers have exactly the product and colours they desire, returns and exchanges are not supported.
*EXCEPTION: If products are damaged, misprinted or have a manufacturing error you must contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. In this case please be sure to include details on the issue and clear images of the full product and then of specific issues. Our team will asses the claim and get back to you with further information.
